Within our company we are finding it very hard to get people to use the helpdesk.
One of the reasons is that they have to log in every time they want to submit a request, where they can just open an email and send it to all of the administrators, then we all end up working on the same task.

Can there be a feature or tick box where we can enable pass through authentication?

We are instructing our users to submit emails now. The email to ticket conversion feature in the admin area covers this for us

This feature is available in Version 8.10 and newer.

Open Admin--Application Settings--Authentication Tab. Choose either 'Active Directory Auto Sign In' or 'Mixed Mode Auto Sign In' to enable this type of authentication.
