We had webtracks in place and I ran the new install and everything worked fine until I was looking at different features and changed the theme to Office365. I now get a server error when trying to load the main page and it is refencing the Office365theme:

Server Error in '/WebTracks' Application.

Parser Error

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'DevExpress.Web.ASPxRichEdit.v17.2, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b88d1754d700e49a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I have tried running a repair installation to try to get it set back to the defaults but still the same error. Is there anyway to revert to the original theme and I'll know not to change it.

Yes this is an issue with the installer missing a file and adding two unneeded files.


To correct you’ll need to do the following on the server where Web Tracks is installed…


Delete and from


C:\Program Files (x86)\Gritware\Web Tracks\WebRoot\App_Themes\Office365


Also overwrite the file in the same folder with the one in the attached zip file.


This will be fixed in the next minor update.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
