When we try to add the related computer it comes up blank, but if you double click on the white space where the record should be the computer is added. Same thing happens in either Edge or Chrome.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this error.  It looks like the grid column settings for the signed in user here have a corrupt record for this particular grid view.   Here are two ways to resolve the issue.

OPTION 1
You can fix this from the Admin--Database Maintenance--Grid Columns...

gridcols.png

Select the user who was having this error and choose execute.  The unfortunate side effect to this is that it resets all the users grids -- therefore any customization the user has made to the default columns, sorting, or filtering will be lost.

OPTION 2
A less invasive way to correct this would be as follows...

Open Admin--Database maintenance--Run SQL on Database and then paste in the following statement...

Delete FROM tbl_gridSettings WHERE gsGridName='xGridEventRelatedPopup_CompTag' AND gsUserID='YourUserID'

Edit: Using this method only the affected grid will be reset.

Sorry for any inconvenience,

Sorry, but it seems it only worked that one time. As soon as I created a new ticket the issue came back.
I also tried option 1 but it keeps resetting the view each time.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue again.  Does this happen for all of your technicians or just for a particular user?  What web browser are you typically using to access Web Tracks?

Could you please do the following to assist me in troubleshooting this matter?

1. Create a new report in Web Tracks and use a custom SQL Statement.

Enter the following in the SQL Section...

SELECT * FROM tbl_gridSettings WHERE gsGridName='xGridEventRelatedPopup_CompTag' AND gsUserID='YourUserID'

2. Change the 'YourUserID' to the ID that is having this problem.
3. Run the report.
4. Export the report to .PDF format and send it to support@gritware.com

Thank you,

Sorry for the delay, I've send the SQL results as requested.
All the techs here are having the same issue. Mainly using Edge, but it happens in Chrome too.

I did receive the SQL Query results.  I'm going to try to plug in that grid setting and see if I can reproduce this on my end.  Thanks so much for getting me the data.

I will post back here with the results.
