When adding a comment to a ticket and it's marked Technician only a user is able to see the comment if they click on Service Desk and the Last Comment heading is visible the comment is shown also.
Regular users should not see this comment any where. We sometimes use this for software keys so we don't want users to see the comment in some cases.

I have confirmed this and the behavior is a bug.  My only suggestion would be to not show the last comment field on the grid view for end-users (settable in Admin--Applications--Service Desk User Columns). 

I will post an update here when a fix is available.

This issue has been fixed in Web Tracks 2014 version 9.2.0.
