If possible, I would like to see the subject of email notifications change to the subject of the email sent by the user.  Currently, the subject is HelpDesk Ticket ####.

Implemented this in Web Tracks 2014 version 9.2.0.  

There is an option to retain the original subject of the email (defaults to true).  When true, Help Desk emails will now reply with the subject in the the following format.

RE: <original subject> <ticket number>
