Hi,

I have not seen this error before.  Is this only for one particular record or does it happen to all tickets?  Can you try compacting and repairing the database with MS Access?

Open the database file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Gritware\Web Tracks\WebRoot\App_Data\YourDB.mdb") with MS Access and from the tools-database utilities choose Compact/Repair.

Thanks,

This was for all new tickets being created, and when going directly into Service Desk to see what tickets are open etc.

Compacting and Repairing from MS Assess ( in this case Access 2000) did the trick.  I can now get into Service Desk.

Thanks for the quick response.
