I just upgraded from 9.0.3 to 9.1.1.  I created a test ticket through the e-mail to ticket converter.  Then I changed the requester from myself to another technician and when I hit "save and close" I got the error below.

This only seems to happen when changing the requester or technician so far.  If I open a ticket and save it without changing these fields I don't get the error.  However, once I change either of these fields, I get the error every time I try to save (even if I haven't changed these fields again).  Note that the changes to the ticket ARE being saved correctly, even when I get the error.  However, it appears that notification e-mails to users are not being delivered.  So our ticketing is down, for all intents and purposes.

It seems there may have been a problem with the upgrade.  The weTransferNotify is a new field in the database that the upgrade process should have created.

I will give you call to discuss this.

Thanks for working with me on this.

For others who may experience this issue after upgrading to 9.1.x:

The problem was caused by an item in the ASP.NET cache that was present from the previous version of Web Tracks.

To fix this open Web Tracks--Admin--Application Cache and recycle the item named 'tbl_webEmail'.

An alternative is to reset IIS.
