Just updated to 9.4.1 and under the Notification Options I have Self Notify unchecked, but I'm getting a email every time I create or update a ticket.

Hello,

When you create or update a ticket are you doing it through the web interface or the email-to-ticket converter?

If you are doing this through the web interface are you getting notifications when you click 'Save & Close' or when you click 'Save Notify & Close'? 

I was unable to reproduce this behavior when assigning a ticket to myself and clicking 'Save & Close'.

It only happens when we click Save Notify and Close.
We did this before the upgrade and it wouldn't email us becuase of the option Self Notify being unchecked.

I confirmed that this is a bug that affects versions 9.3.0-->9.4.1.  It will be fixed in the next minor update.
