When searching (appling a Help Desk Filter) for a resolved ticket based on keyword(s), it would be nice to be able to search the event.Description and event.Resolution simultaneously. In effect you would be searching for specific text that occurs anywhere in the entire ticket. For example, if I want to search for the text "abcde" in a resolved ticket, but don't recall whether I entered that text in the Description or the Resolution, the suggested feature would save time having to search more than once or setting up a complex filter, and would prevent false "no-match" results.
