Have just upgraded from v9.20 to v9.21 and now and each window no longer fills the screen like it used to. There is blank space to the left and right as shown in the attachment and I need to scroll across with the keyboard to see all columns. Do you know how to fix this?

Hi,

There should be a setting in Admin--Applications Settings called Enabled Smart Sizing.  If this is enabled then the window should fill to the size of the monitor.  If not checked the application is limited to 1024x768.

Upon further testing I can reproduce this issue.  I am seeing a JavaScript error when Smart Sizing is enabled.  I will post back here with an update soon.

Thanks for reporting the issue.

Hi Todd,

Am I able to reinstall v9.20 until this issue has been fixed?

Hi Trevor,

Yes this would work.  You would need to uninstall version 9.21 and then install 9.20.  Otherwise the installer would complain that there is a newer version installed.  I will try to get this update out within a week.

Thank you,

Hi Todd,

If you hope to have the fix within a week, then I will probably wait for that.

Thanks,

Trevor

I'm sorry for the delay on the fix.  There is another more complex bug fix that I'm also trying to include.  If I can't get it done this week I will post an updated DLL which should fix this display issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
