I have noticed that occasionally when right-clicking a ticket and applying one of the right-click functions that it will apply the function to the wrong ticket. For example, right click delete, the wrong tickets was deleted. Right-click add comment, the comment was added to the wrong ticket.

Here is a scenario where it happened today:
1) I highlighted a ticket and right-click change technician. The ticket was out of my queue.
2) I right-clicked on another ticket to add comment, the comment was added to the ticket I just changed the technician on.

I have confirmed this behavior to be a bug.

The problem occurs when the tech change makes the record not visible in your view.  Behind the scenes the record is filtered from the view but still selected.  Looking at this it seems that this can occur for technician changes as well as priority changes (assuming changing the priority would remove the ticket from your current view).

This will be fixed in the next major update expected this September.

Thanks for reporting this!
