Similar to the Documentation, KB, etc areas. I would like to see a 'Projects' tab. In this area IT can setup projects or yearly goals for the department.

In the Service Ticket, where one would select related, there would be an additional space to relate a ticket to a particular Project.

This would also allow separate tickets to be billed to different departments (in my company's instance) and requesters, but all go towards one particular Project.

One can then run reports on time and work done for the project.

I would also like to add to this- the ability to setup projects for multiple end-users to be a part of and have the ability to log in and see progress and add notes.

This suggestion is still strongly desired in our environment.
