Any thoughts on adding the ability to track various parts & materials and being able to assign items as used to specific tickets? We routinely order items like toners, stylus, cables, etc in bulk. We would first like to track that inventory - who was it purchased from, cost, location (on a tech's truck or in storage) and what qty was used. It would then have the ability to alert on low inventory levels as well as produce reports on where these parts/materials are being used.
