I am not sure if this has been reported, but this is a HUGE issue (for me) I just stumbled on. When "Right-Clicking --> Change Ticket Status --> Closed" no "Resolved Date" is populated. And when going back and looking at history, all of these tickets appear to still be unresolved even though they have been marked closed.

I confirmed this as a bug when closing tickets using the right-click context menu.  This issue will be corrected in the next update.

If you need to know the date that one of these tickets was resolved can look at the ticket's history field.  An entry with a timestamp would have been created when the status was changed.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
