Hey Todd,
I just wondered is it possible to get a multiple filter in mousetracks?
Eg we have 3 IT techs and 2 Web Techs,
I am in charge of overlooking the workload of the 3 IT Techs.
So i want to be able to view the task of Tech1 Tech2 Tech3 and hid the tasks of tech4 and Tech5

If that makes sense.
Cheers

From the default list view this is currently not possible since all of the filters are 'AND' based.

You could create a custom report to show you this information. Create a report and use a custom SQL string like the following...

Code:

SELECT eventNo, eventType, eventDueDate, eventDesc FROM event WHERE eventResolvedDate Is Not Null AND eventTech NOT IN ('webtech1','webtech2')

The next major version of the web interface will include this functionality so you won't have to look at a report :)

Best Wishes,
Todd

This feature has been implemented in Web Tracks 2011.
