Hello,

I followed the instructions for upsizing to a sql server (http://www.gritware.com/Help/WebTracks2013/upsizing_to_sql_server.htm) and it fails when I use the setup wizard (http://serveraddess/WebTracks/setup/SetupWizard.aspx) with the message:

The detected database version is Mouse Tracks 5.02 This database update utility will only update Web Tracks or Mouse Tracks 7.1 databases.  To upgrade this database you will need to download Mouse Tracks 2009 (7.1 or newer) and connect to this database.  Mouse Tracks 2009 will then upgrade this database to 7.1 format.  After doin this you can finish updating the database using this application.

We were using Mouse Tracks for several years and recently updated to Web Tracks Enterprise Edition 9.2.0.0.

It seems to me this *should* have upgraded the database.

How can I now upgrade the database format?

Thanks

Hi,

Download version Mouse Tracks 7.1 from the downloads section and connect to your original Access database.  This will upgrade the database to a point where Web Tracks recognizes it and it will then upgrade it to the current level.

You can download this in the download section http://www.gritware.com/downloads.aspx

Click on the prior releases radio icon and you will find it on page 2.

Thank you,

It actually ended up being we had numerous MTrackBE.mdf files and I initially converted the wrong one.  Once I used the correct mdb file it worked fine.
