While creating a PO, the session expired. When I logged back in, that PO was not listed but when I tried to enter it manually, the error message appeared that it already existed. The session timed out just as I was entering the first line item. It had just saved the record which I thought was strange that it would time out if I was actively working.

How can I bring that PO back up to complete it since I can't use another one as products have been ordered against that original PO number?

The session can expire if you have another Web Tracks browser window open that was idle for too long.

Most likely the PO is saved but it's considered closed since there are no line items on it which haven't been received. Choose the closed radio option from the PO list and I think you will find your PO.
