Is there a way to lock a technician from accessing the tickets & knowledge base from other technicians? We have an outside vendor that will be providing support for a specific part of our company and will be set up as a technician in MT so we can allow them to close tickets, etc; but I do not want them to access the tickets from other technicians since the work they do is proprietary to our company.

As of now this is not possible. I will move this thread to the suggestion area and it will be considered in a future release.
