In the older version (pre-web tracks) when entering information in a service ticket, all items (computer, peripheral, etc) that were linked to the user would show by default. Can this be done in the web-track version? If I need to link a computer to the ticket, I first have to sort it by entering the user name. This makes it very labor intensive to do this each time.

Hi, You're correct that this feature isn't included in Web Tracks. I'll move this to the suggestion list. In the mean time you may find using the filter bar to type the first few characters of the username may be a quicker method than sorting/scrolling through the list.

This default filter on requester has been added with Web Tracks version 9.2 and newer.
