Hello,
Trying to use the Last Month report filter (created a duplicate of the Service Desk Tickets by Department - This Year and modified the report to only display Last Month) but it only displays tickets created on the first 09/01/2015 and nothing else. The PRE FILTER shows PRE FILTER:  EVENT.EVENTDATE >= '01/09/2015' AND EVENT.EVENTDATE < '01/10/2015'
I can confirm that there are tickets on other days of the month.

I now believe it has to do with the format of the date M/D/Y or D/M/Y it seems the report generator is using a different format than how the date is stored in SQL?

This issue has been fixed in version 9.4.2

Web Tracks will convert the dynamic date to M/D/YYYY format.  Previously it used the local settings but the database is collated for M/D/YYYY format.
