Hi there,

I have added attachments to some of my knowledge base articles but I am unable to open them once added. I receive the message "access denied". Although when adding attachments to the documentation feature I have no issues opening them. I have tried various browsers (ie, chrome, firefox) with no luck. I am running version 8.11 on windows SBS server 2003.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hi,

I'm sorry to report that this is a bug in the 8.11 version.

There is however a hotfix for this issue.

This bug has been fixed in the 9.00 release.
