A nice feature (maybe?) would be to highlight a ticket red or green (or based on what theme being used) while another tech has the ticket open but hasn't actually assigned it to themselves yet.

We run into each other a lot of times here while someone else has already jumped on a ticket but hasn't saved the assignment to themselves yet.

If it were highlighted or had a field that indicated if it was already currently open by another tech, it would help with this.
