Is there a way to customize the email I receive when a ticket is created to include user defined fields?

This is absolutely possible. Just enter your field name. For example:  %eventUserDrop1%

How do I add this field? Where do I go to setup. Right now, I receive the email with the following fields (Ticket Number, Technician, Ticket Status, Event Type, Priority and Description)

Admin --> Email Settings --> And anywhere you want to add this field, enter it into the templates. I have entered them into the prebodies, the mail bodies, anything...

Thank you so much. I am blind. I did not notice the small tabs at the top which is why I was never able to find what I wanted. Thanks again, Roger
