Todd, I noticed today that when logged on as an end-user and in the service desk area, the column header reads 'Created On' and should read 'Ticket'.

After further testing, this has been confirmed as a minor bug. A temp fix is to always include the ticket number column header in the first row on the end-user setup.

This issue has been fixed in the 8.03 update.
