MT 2009 had the ability to click Email button to send case updates and we could address to other users besides just ticket originator. This was useful and often used to notify multiple users of an update. It would be great if we could do this in WebTracks as well.

I agree. There is the preview ticket option at the bottom when in the ticket, and it opens in PDF form. But I do not get the option to email the ticket when the PDF form pops up. So, I need to save it somewhere, and then email it.

This feature has been implemented in version 8.11.

The 'Save Notify & Close' feature now brings up an intermediate window allowing a technician extra options before sending an email. The options include being able to select the 'Technician', 'Requester', and/or add an additional email address to be notified. The 'prebody' text may also be modified before sending the email.
