Replies to helpdesk ticket emails from users on cell phones results in many dashes added to response that crash IE 11.  Chrome can handle it though.

Hi,

I was just testing and I was unable to produce this behavior.

What version of Web Tracks are you using (look in lower left of browser)?

What type of mobile phone was it (android or iOS)?

Another test you could do is send a new email from one of these devices to the email-to-ticket converter address.  Do you see the same issue in the description field that you see below in the comment field?

Thank you,

Correction.  It is not just replies from cell phones.  I thought I had found a common condition but I was just proven wrong.  It appears to be a random behavior and the latest example it was in the body of the original email conversion.
Version is Enterprise Edition 10.0.13.0

Thank you for the clarification.

The next time you run into this issue could you have the sender forward me the original email they sent to your help desk email (if it's not confidential to you)?

My email is thoese at gritware.com

I could then test and most likely identify the cause.

Thank you,
