I added a custom ticket status for "Ready for Testing" and selected the Status Value = "Open". However, those tickets that are ready for testing only show up in the grid view if I select "All" tickets. I would have thought the Status Value would have included it in the appropriate view.

You are correct that this should show when the Open radio button option is selected.

Are you filtering anything else in the grid that may be causing this?

I tested this here and its showing properly.

Try logging out and logging back in and see if this helps. There may be a cache issue causing this.

This cache issue is fixed in version 8.02 which will be available later this week.
