Ability to see ticket number when creating a new ticket. (assists with creating documentation and advising extranet vendors of your ticket) See attached.

Wouldn't this request be resolved with a 'Save' button? If so, I am for seeing a save button instead of just 'Save Notify & Close' and 'Save & Close'.

Yes, but I am working on a case involving other programs. I need it open while I add comments, attachements, relations, etc.

The windows client had this feature.
