Is it possible to capture the cc field from the original email and show it in the Helpdesk ticket...maybe as an interested party?

Hi,

Currently I don't believe it's included.  But I think it would be somewhat easy to at least note it in the ticket description.

This request has been implemented in Web Tracks 2017.  Any email addresses that were cc'd with the request will be noted in the description of ticket.
