Would be nice if there was an option built into the software, that when writing comments into the Work Info field, then changing/closing the ticket would automatically put the Ticket Status as In Progress.

Hi,

While reviewing this suggestion during the last release I believe that this is currently possible without any changes...

1. Open Admin--Lookup Tables--Ticket Statuses
2. Edit the record that has the Status Name=Open and 'Built-In' checked.
3. Rename the Status Name from 'Open' to 'In Progress'.

From here on out new tickets will default to 'In Progress' rather than open.
