Customer Suggestion

"Is there a way to have the system auto-fill the field for “related computer”  based on the machine that the ticket is being submitted from?

 

We have some users and use multiple computers, and we would be able to fix problems when they are out of the office if it would do this.

 

Right now we have to wait until we can get ahold of them to see which computer they were actually on at time of ticket submission.

This has been partially implemented in Web Tracks 2014 version 9.20.

There is now an option in Admin--Applications Settings to allow end-users to select related assets when submitting tickets. 

I will leave this suggestion open since this is not automatic behavior (it requires the end-user to supply this information).
