We've gotten to where we have a significant amount of KB articles. I'm the kind of person who likes to scroll rather than click through pages. This means I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page when I want to add an article. 

Could it be possible to add in the context option "New Article" under Knowledge Base, like the "New Ticket" is under Tickets?webtracksKB.jpg

Hi,

Only the ticket features has this enabled by default.  However you can turn this on for other modules.

Open Admin--Menu Settings, edit KB and enter a value for the "New Menu Record Text" and then the link should appear just like it does for tickets...
